YUVRAJ SINGH'S YOUWECAN TO CONDUCT AN EVENT AT PEC FEST 2017

The idea behind YouWecan, the foundation established by star Indian batsman Yuvraj Singh is to fight Cancer by spreading awareness about the fatal disease. As we all know Yuvraj Singh was diagnosed with cancer and spent a long time in US for chemotherapy. Even though the star Punjabi sportsman was in Hospital undergoing severe physical changes because of the treatment, he kept a strong face and sent out a message to the world to fight.

Such was the word about Yuvraj’s treatment that even Lance Armstrong, the great US cyclist ent an inspiring message to Yuvraj Singh while he was undergoing treatment in a US hospital.

Today, the organization’s main focus is to educate people and cover each and every aspect of cancer be it creating awareness about its symptoms and chemotherapy procedures or helping educate the kids who are cancer survivors.

In a recent Twitter post from YouWeCan’s official twitter handle, the organization announced that they will conduct a cancer awareness event at PEC Fest 2017 which is the annual cultural-technical festival of PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh. A confluence of art, talent and attractions.
