As stated by himself earlier, Virat is a big time foodie but indeed a conscious one.

Kohli does not lay his body into large meals, rather he is more into small suppers in between. He love eating seasoned fruits like Papaya, Watermelon, Dragon fruit.

He often times seek the desire to eat munch chips or fries but instead he suggests to eat wheat crackers which are a much healthy option.

The Indian skipper prefers hydrating himself in green tea and often times he have vegetable soups such as beetroots and spinaches.

Kohli is however not vegan, but 90% of his meals are free from dairy products like milk, butter, curd, animal fat etc.

Virat also eats as less sugar as possible. Although not eliminated completely, he prefers to drink his coffee with zero sugar and eradicated sugar candies from the diet.
