One such actor in the Hindi film industry was recently seen working out and he is none other than the Kapoor boy Ranbir. He is one of those stars that rarely discuss their health regime but his jaw-dropping physique speaks for itself.

It is known to all that Ranbir Kapoor is not on social media however, there are several fan pages that give an insight into the actor. Recently a video surfaced on social media featuring Mr. Kapoor.
The actor can be seen getting engaged in some solid workout routine with some gritty forms of exercise. Ranbir, along with some gruesome physical training, is also indulged in a strict diet routine to keep himself camera-ready all the time. According to the reports, weight lifting, cross-fit training, deadlifting, and squats are some of the most common physical indulgences he follows on a regular basis.
Shivoham, a Bollywood fitness coach and Ranbir's personal trainer shared the video where the actor is seen working out in an open space vigorously and his abs are oozing out in the scorching daylight.

Ranbir's low-carb diet
Previously, his trainer revealed that Ranbir Kapoor did not take a single roti for more than a year! In addition to no sugar, and no fried products. He is said to follow a very low-carb diet and hence lives on more nutritious calories. The six-pack abs actor starts his day off with brown bread, eggs, and protein shakes including brown rice, chicken breasts, and veggies for lunch, and during dinner, he eats the bare minimum.
