Ayushmann Khurrana receives an invitation for Ram Mandir Ayodhya: In a momentous event, Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana has received a heartfelt invitation to attend the historic Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha event in Ayodhya. This grand ceremony, scheduled for January 22, is set to witness prominent figures from various fields, marking a significant chapter in the cultural tapestry of India.
Ayushmann Khurrana, renowned for his versatility and youth appeal, is set to join a constellation of luminaries that includes cricketing legends Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar, iconic actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and leading industrialists Mukesh Ambani, Anil Ambani, Ratan Tata, Gautam Adani, and TS Kalyanaraman, among others. The presence of such influential figures reflects the diverse spectrum of individuals coming together to witness the auspicious 'pran pratishtha' ceremony.
The distinguished invitation was personally presented to Ayushmann Khurrana by CA Ajit Pendse, Mumbai Mahanagar Sampark Pramukh of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), during a ceremonious handover in Mumbai. This personal touch not only emphasizes the significance of the event but also showcases the broad spectrum of individuals invited to partake in the momentous occasion.
With over a lakh devotees anticipated to converge on the sacred town of Ayodhya for the 'pran pratishtha' ceremony, the event is poised to be a spiritual extravaganza of unparalleled magnitude. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is slated to be present during the consecration ceremony, further elevating the occasion's significance.
The head priest of the Ram Mandir, Mahant Satyendra Das, has shared that the pran pratishtha usually follows the completion of the temple spire. The entire complex's construction reportedly cost between Rs 1,800 and Rs 2,000 crore, with funds raised through campaigns conducted by the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.
