Co-actor Nilu Kohli, who had spent years working with the 74-year-old actress on TV and movie sets, shared the tragic news of Veena Kapoor's death. According to Kohli, Kapoor's son has been detained and is being investigated by the police.

Know why Veena Kapoor was murdered by her son?
Veena Kapoor was killed by her son, Nilu Kohli claims in an Instagram post after he repeatedly smashed her on the head with a baseball bat during an attack. Later, Kapoor passed away in her Juhu home from her wounds, and her son disposed of her remains.
Veena's son dumped her body in the Matheran River, 90 kilometers from Mumbai in Maharashtra's Raigad district. Her US-based son became aware of the occurrence and quickly notified Mumbai's authorities, which led to the arrest and interrogation of her alleged murderer's son.
In the course of questioning, the son admitted to the Mumbai police that he had killed his mother out of wrath because he thought his mother should give up a 12-crore plot to him. More information about the cruel murder of the elderly actress is coming to light.
