Trouble mounts for Sapna Choudhary as court issues arrest warrant against her

Sapna Choudhary arrest warrant news: In a major development, an arrest warrant has been issued against the Haryanvi singer and dancer Sapna Choudhary.

Sapna Choudhary rose to her fame with her dance on 'Akhiyan Ka Yo Kajal' and her stint in Bigg Boss 11. As per the sources, Sapna Choudhary failed to perform at an event in 2018. However, she was paid in advance by the organizers for the show.

In the meanwhile, the performer will shortly appear before Lucknow's ACJM court as the organizers have taken the matter to the court.

As soon as the news of an arrest warrant being issued against Sapna Choudhary surfaced on social media, her fans were all worried.

Reportedly, the incident took place on October 13, 2018. However, there have been no more details available in this regard.

Notably, this is not the first time that the Bigg Boss 11 contestant has been accused of cheating.

Earlier in 2021, the Economic Offences Wing of the Delhi Police had registered a case against Sapna Choudhary on the suspicions of alleged fraud. Sapna had allegedly violated an artist management agreement which stated that she would not work for or join any other companies, or have any contact with any of the complainant's clients, as per the FIR.

According to the FIR, the Haryanvi singer engaged in business operations that were not permitted and hence, violated the agreement.
