Trouble mounts for Ranveer Singh as complaint filed against him before Maharashtra Women Commission
After an FIR was lodged against Ranveer Singh over the latest photoshoot, another complaint has been filed against the 'Padmaavat' actor before the Maharashtra State Commission for women.
Ranveer Singh courted controversy after he posted pictures from his latest photoshoot on his Instagram account.

In the meanwhile, a complaint was filed against Ranveer Singh before the Maharashtra State Commission for Women on Wednesday.
The complaint has been filed by Ashish Rai, an advocate. He said that the pictures are against the "dignity of women and small children." He urged that the photos should be deleted from social media.

The complainant also asked the Women's Commission to take action under suo-motu cognizance.
Earlier, an FIR was registered against the actor on Tuesday on a complaint filed at the Chembur Police Station. Reportedly, the case was filed after receiving the complaint by an office-bearer of the NGO who alleged that the actor has hurt the sentiments of women with his latest photos.

The FIR is filed under various Sections of the Indian Penal Code like 292, 293, 509 and provisions of the Information Technology Act.
For the unversed, Ranveer Singh had posed for Paper Magazine without clothes on July 21. In one of the pictures, he was lying on a rug naked recreating Burt Reynold's famous photograph.
