At the 69th Filmfare Awards, '12th Fail' made a clean sweep, with Vidhu Vinod Chopra winning the Best Director award and Vikrant Massey receiving the Best Actor (Critics) award for his compelling performance. Additionally, the film was honoured with the Best Film award.
