Veteran Actor Mithun Chakraborty Hospitalized in Kolkata
Renowned actor Mithun Chakraborty, known for his iconic roles in Indian cinema, was admitted to a hospital in Kolkata due to chest pain on Saturday morning, as reported by India Today. Sources close to the actor revealed that he felt uneasy, prompting his admission and current treatment at the hospital.
At 73 years old, Mithun Chakraborty began experiencing discomfort on the morning of Saturday, February 10th, leading to his immediate hospitalization. He is currently receiving treatment in the ICU, including undergoing an MRI, under the care of neurologists Sanjay Bhowmik and Debrata Chakraborty. Mithun disclosed experiencing numbness on the right side of his body, which medical experts suggest might indicate a stroke. Presently, his health condition remains undisclosed.
