Since his historic victory at the Olympics, javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem has captured the collective imagination of the public. This momentous triumph has not only brought glory to his homeland but has also stirred discussions about a potential biopic, with several notable actors expressing a keen interest in portraying Arshad on screen.

The Pakistani film industry, commonly known as Lollywood, primarily produces films in Punjabi and Urdu. In light of Arshad's remarkable success, numerous prominent figures within this industry have exhibited enthusiasm for creating a cinematic portrayal of his inspiring journey. Humayun Saeed, a distinguished actor and producer, recently conveyed his eagerness to bring Arshad's story to life on film. In a television interview, Saeed expressed his intent to produce a movie centred on Arshad's exceptional achievements, underscoring his commitment to celebrating this athletic hero's legacy.

Similarly, Mohsin Abbas Haider has publicly voiced his desire to take on the role of Arshad Nadeem in a potential biopic. Haider, known for his resemblance to Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his role in "Main Shah Rukh Khan Hoon," took to social media to share his enthusiasm. His post, which included a heartfelt plea—"Please make a biopic on Olympian Arshad Nadeem's journey. I want to play his role"—was accompanied by a folded hands emoji, further demonstrating his earnest interest in the role.

Since Arshad's Olympic victory, his life story and the challenges he has faced have garnered widespread attention. The compelling narrative of his rise from adversity has resonated deeply with the public, leading to growing calls for a film that captures his extraordinary journey. Arshad, a native of Mian Channu, Pakistan, has overcome significant obstacles throughout his career. His path to the Paris Olympics, for instance, was supported by crowdfunding and the generosity of his local community, which helped manage his travel and accommodation in the absence of government assistance.
