Suhana Khan, the daughter of Bollywood icon Shahrukh Khan, has recently made headlines with her latest investment in the picturesque village of Thal, Alibaug. The young starlet has acquired a sprawling piece of agricultural land, spanning an impressive 1.5 acres and encompassing an area of 2218 square feet. The staggering price tag attached to this transaction stands at a whopping 12 crores and 91 lakhs rupees, reflecting the increasing demand for property in the area. What's more, significant development work has already been undertaken on the land, further elevating its value and potential.

Land Transfer and Stamp Duty: Suhana Khan Farmer?
The transfer of ownership took place on June 1st, accompanied by a substantial stamp duty payment of 77 lakhs and 46 thousand rupees. Suhana Khan acquired the land from her three sisters, Anjali, Rekha, and Priya, who had inherited it from their parents. The legal documents related to the land purchase reveal an intriguing detail - Suhana Khan is listed as an agriculturist (farmer), a testament to her diverse interests and ventures outside the realm of acting.
Despite her young age of 23, Suhana Khan is already making her mark in the film industry, following in the footsteps of her illustrious father. She is set to make her debut in the film "The Archies," directed by the esteemed filmmaker Joya Akhtar, which is slated for release on the popular streaming platform Netflix. The movie will feature Suhana Khan's talent alongside Agastya, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan, and Khushi, the late Sridevi's daughter, promising an exciting collaboration of young talents.
Thal Village and Its Significance
Situated just a short 12-minute drive from Alibaug town and a mere 31 minutes from Mandwa Jetty, Thal village holds immense significance. It is home to an existing property owned by the renowned Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, which has become a popular gathering spot for numerous Bollywood stars. Notably, the property hosted a grand celebration for SRK's 52nd birthday and boasts luxurious amenities, including a swimming pool and a helipad. Registered under the name Déjà Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, the property's directors include Shahrukh Khan's mother-in-law, Savita Chhibber, and sister-in-law, Namita Chhibber.
