Independence day 2023; Places in India where the nation's Independence will hit you different

Independence Day is just ahead us and we, the Indian's can't keep calm but await for the D-day to arrive so that we can exclaim in joy on the country's most patriotic occasion. This year the nation will be celebrating it's 77th years of proud Independence. The history of the country we live in, dates back to infinite struggle for peace and prosperity. In-fact the freedom we have today was not from the start, our ancestors have seen the darkest times of the nation. We are a lucky generation indeed! People have sacrificed breath and life for the day we call peace today. After years of fight, blood, sweat and tears, the country has got it's amended freedom on 15 August, 1947. Since then we are continuously celebrating the day to remember the sacrifices, struggle and the achievement we conceived at last! This year the things would be same too! Different parts of the country celebrate it in a different and an applauding way. From Red Fort to Cellar Jail, it is a day of one of it's kind. So let's see 5 most amazing places to witness the magnificent feeling of 15 August. 

Red Fort: Delhi hits different during Independence Day. The city which is closely connected with the nation's lost past, celebrates in a truly heavenly way! Every Year, the coveted generals addresses speeches of the mind boggling history as well as India's tomorrow including Prime Minister hoisting the flag also speeches addressing for it's ramparts. Thousands of people gather around the surrounding to mark it's glorious celebration. 

Jallianwala Bagh, Amritsar: This place might bring you tears because of it's vicious past! 1919 was the year when numerous people were shot death by the British officials which is commonly called as the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre. Here, it is celebrated as a reminder of one of the darkest days of Indian struggle during British rule. 

Cellular Jail: The infamous Cellular Jail is located in the Andaman and Nicober islands. This is the place where most of the freedom fighters were captured and hanged to death during the British rule. This place surely brings back the life people have sacrificed for the 'Azadi' of the country. 

Sabarmati Ashram: If we ever came across the pages of Indian history, we might have had come across the term 'Sabarmati Ashram' situated in Ahmedabad. This is the place where Mahatma Gandhi lived along with his wife Kasturba Gandhi for 12 years signifying an importance for the man who shredded his life for the sake of struggle and freedom. 

Swaraj Bhawan: Swaraj Bhawan is the place where most of the crucial decisions of breaking off the British supremacy were taken during their colonial rule. This is a humongous mansion where once the Jawaharlal Nehru family used to live during the earlier years of the 1920. In 1920, the mansion was converted into the head office of the Indian National Congress.
