Why Tom Hanks shouted at fans?

Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson came out of a restaurant recently. Several fans were gathered outside who seem to take picture with them. While moving towards to their car Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson were surrounded by a group of fans. Hanks' wife tripped and nearly fell as a result, which enraged him.

He screamed at the fans, "Back the f*** off!" The event happened outside of New York's Nobu restaurant, and a video of it has gone popular on social media.

In the viral video, one fan appears to bump another fan who is walking right behind Wilson as Hanks and Wilson get closer to their car. After that, the man pushes her, causing her to fall.

Then, Wilson turned and can be heard shouting 'Stop It'.

Hanks then lose his temper forward, looking enraged, and tells the fans to "back off," accusing them of "knocking over my wife."

Fans can be heard yelling after the couple, saying, "Sorry about that, Tom," as they get into a car that's been waiting for them.

Later, some admirers apologized to Hanks' family.

Mr. Hanks has been on a promotional tour for his new picture Elvis, which he will star in. It's already gotten rave reviews, and it's expected to be a big hit this year.
