Kareena Kapoor news: The parents-to-be Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor organised a special 'baby shower' for their close friends and family. All the who's who were present at the celebration, however, Kareena Kapoor Khan was not a part of the event.

Well, Kareena Kapoor Khan not being part of the celebration raised eyebrows. Before anyone gets to a conclusion, let's get straight to the point. To note, Kareena Kapoor didn't attend Alia Bhatt's baby shower because she was in London and has kick-started her most awaited project with Hansal Mehta and Ekta Kapoor.

Kareena Kapoor Khan, who marks her debut as a producer with the upcoming project, informed her fans that she has begun filming for Hansal Mehta's next.

In the upcoming crime thriller, Kareena Kapoor is reportedly playing a role of a detective. Recently, when she boarded a flight to London, Kareena was spotted with her son Jeh Ali at the Mumbai airport. The actor also shared an Instagram story from her hotel as the shooting started.

"Day 1❤️ Film number 67 or 68? Chalo guys let’s do this," wrote Kareena Kapoor Khan along with her picture.

Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor was last seen in 'Laal Singh Chaddha' along with Aamir Khan. In addition to Hansal Mehta's upcoming film, Kareena will make her digital acting debut in Sujoy Ghosh's upcoming film, 'The Devotion of Suspect X'. Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma are also part of the film. After that, Kareena will appear in the recently revealed project with Rhea Kapoor.
