'Thar trailer': Anil Kapoor and Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor to deliver 'gritty thriller' in their next
Anil Kapoor and Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, the real-life father-son duo, are finally getting ready for their forthcoming film 'Thar.' The makers of the film has recently unveiled the trailer which has already raised the bars of excitement for everyone. Harsh Varrdhan plays Siddharth in the film which is set in 1980s.
Anil Kapoor, Satish Kaushik, Fatima Sana Sheikh and Mukti Mohan also star in the trailer. The trailer gives a sneak peek of robbers, thieves, and other gangsters. Whereas Anil Kapoor and Satish Kaushik, two cops, are investigating a terrible crime in the area when the trailer begins. While investigating the murders, local cop Surekha Singh played by Anil Kapoor comes into Siddharth and suspects him.

In the 1980s, the picture is set. "This is the official summary read as, “The film follows Siddharth, an antique dealer’s journey through a remote village in Rajasthan that has recently been rocked by a series of violent killings. As the local cop Surekha Singh investigates these killings he crosses paths with Siddharth… will that encounter be the only one?”
In addition, after Ak vs Ak, audiences will get to see Anil and his son Harsh together for the second time.
Moving onto the film credits, Thar will be released on May 6 on Netflix. Raj Singh Chaudhary makes his directorial debut with the crime thriller, which is produced by Anil Kapoor Film Company (AKFC).
