Taz from Stereo Nation Death: Super hit tracks of 90's Pop sensation

Tarsame Singh Saini, better known by his stage name Taz, has passed away. He was the lead singer of the pop band Stereo Nation, originally established in 1996.  Taz is a British singer, musician, and actor of Indian heritage who is often regarded as the father of Asian fusion music. Following a coma recovery, Taz from Stereo Nation, formerly referred Johnny Zee, died on Friday.

His first album, 'Hit the Deck,' was released in 1989 and lasted 36 weeks at the top of the UK Asian music chart.

Meanwhile, as soon as the news of Taz’s demise was shared, fans paid their condolence for the singer on social media.

“Deeply saddened to know about the demise of Pop Singer my brother Taz Stereo Nation aka Johny Zee . May waheguru ji grant peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family. #RIP #waheguru ” wrote Punjabi singer Sukshinder Shinda.

One user wrote, "Very sad to know. I have grown up listening to his songs. Such a talent. May his soul RIP."

"Big loss,  RIP,, my favourite child hood singer, was grown up listening his songs.. what a legend." wrote another.

BBC Asian Network's Twitter account also announced his death, stating, "We're deeply saddened by the passing of @tazstereonation, who has played an instrumental part in the British Asian music scene. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and fans."
