Sunny Deol on making sequel of films, says 'I am confident about Gadar 2'

Sunny Deol on film's sequel: Bollywood actor Sunny Deol is making his comeback in the new age era with his upcoming movies 'Chup' and 'Gadar 2'. The actor, who is all set to entertain the audience with his films, has expressed his view on creating the second part of his film 'Gadar'.

In a recent interview, Sunny Deol stated that the makers of the films mess up while creating the second part of any movie. He further said that they should not make a second part just for the sake of creating it if it lacks good quality content. However, he said that he was quite confident about the upcoming film 'Gadar 2'.

Helmed by Anil Sharma, the 2001 film 'Gadar: Ek Prem Katha' featured Ameesha Patel and Amrish Puri in lead roles. Now, the makers are coming back with its sequel which is slated to be released in 2023.

Apart from this, Sunny Deol is awaiting the release of his next suspense thriller 'Chup: Revenge of the Artist' which also stars Dulquer Salmaan and is directed by R Balki.

The film is all set to be released in theaters on September 23 and ahead of its release, the makers have announced a special Freeview for the audience on September 20.
