Sufi singer Jyoti Nooran accuses husband for harassment; asks for Police protection
Jyoti Nooran Harassment Case: Sufi singer Jyoti Nooran has filed a divorce from her spouse Kunal Pasi. She even requested police protection, claiming that her life was in danger.
According to reports, Swarndeep Singh, the SSP for Jalandhar Rural, has been informed about the situation. He said that the singer has filed a complaint which has been submitted to the DSP Women's Cell for inquiry. In addition, Jyoti Nooran has called her husband Pasi a "top-class addict."
Jyoti Nooran informed the media that in 2014, she chose to get married to Kunal Pasi. She said that she was aware that he used to smoke but later she discovered that he used to smoke opium, charas, and ganja as well. Sadly, he started beating her.

The 'Nooran sisters' have received international appreciation for their many popular Bollywood songs. Speaking to media representatives, Jyoti Nooran announced that her husband will no more manage her shows in the future. She submitted a letter to the SSP Rural Jalandhar asking for police protection. She also stated that her spouse should not be contacted by anyone who wants to arrange shows with her.
The Sufi singer has further charged her husband with Rs 20 crore. In fact, Jyoti Nooran has claimed that Kunal Pasi had taken huge money that she made while performing on stages.
In addition, Nooran also claimed that her husband used to book her shows and that he always carried the account book. Right now, her bank account contains just Rs 92,000. Besides, Jyoti Nooran added, "I asked my husband for the account multiple times, but he refused."
