Sooryavanshi surpasses the fourth week collection of Simmba and Chennai Express, will soon enter 200 cr club
Sooryavanshi directed by Rohit Shetty received an amazing response at the box office and also from the critics. In the film, Akshay Kumar is featuring opposite Katrina Kaif also includes cameos by Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh. From the very first day of release, it received a thunderous response and started picking up as the days progressed.

The film marked the first big release in the theaters after the second lockdown and everyone had their eyes on its collection. Talking about the collection of the fourth week, Sooryavanshi collected Rs.6.43 cr this week. The fourth-week collection has made the film 21st all-time highest Week 4 grosser.

The film was under the scrutiny of restrictions as well in relation to Covid-19 norms but did manage to break records, leaving Ranveer Singh’s Simmba and Shahrukh Khan’s Chennai Express behind. In the fourth week, Simmba collected Rs.6.18 crore while Chennai Express made Rs. 6.01 cr. The film has not only made a new record but also surpassed these films with a huge difference.

The film continues to have a good hold in the theater for the consecutive fourth week despite new silver screen releases. The records till now show that film is likely to cross Rs.200 cr as it has already made Rs.191.35 cr as per the Indian Box Office collection.
