Sidhu Moose Wala posthumously felicitated with ‘Waris Shah International Award’ by Pakistan
Late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, who was shot dead in Punjab on May 29, has been making his parents proud even after his death. Month after his shocking death, Sidhu Moose Wala has been posthumously honoured with ‘Waris Shah International Award’ by Pakistan.
Pakistani writer Ilyas Ghumman took to Twitter and shared a picture from an event where Sidhu Moose Wala was felicitated with Pakistan's ‘Waris Shah International Award'.

According to information, the event took place at Sheikhupura in Pakistan's Punjab.
While sharing the picture from the event, Ilyas Ghumman wrote: "Sidhu Moose Wala honoured with "Waris Shah International Award" in a huge gathering of Punjabi writers and singers."

Ever since Sidhu Moose Wala was killed by some assailants in Punjab's Mansa district, Ilyas Ghumman shared a lot of posts remembering the late singer.

In a tragic incident, Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead by some assailants in the Jawaharke village of Punjab’s Mansa district. The assailants stopped the singer's car and ambushed him.
As per the autopsy examination, the singer suffered as many as 24 bullet injuries while one of them was recovered from his skull.
