Rocketry The Nambi Effect: R Madhavan features as 'young patriotic' in new poster; release date inside
Rocketry The Nambi Effect: R Madhavan released a new poster for his upcoming directorial project Rocketry: The Nambi Effect on Monday. The film is set to hit theatres worldwide on July 1.
The film is written, directed, and produced by the actor who will portray the titular role, and is based on the life and works of ISRO scientist Shri Nambi Narayanan. Tricolour Films and Varghese Moolan Pictures are presenting the project.
The film's makers have released a new poster featuring the star as a young genius with a rocket and India's flag beside him that has raised the excitement bars among the movie buffs.
Sharing the new poster on social media, R Madhavan wrote, "NEW POSTER FOLKS —The story of a great scientist, a true patriot, who was turned into a villain in the blink of an eye. Rocketry The Nambi Effect releasing in theatres on 1st July 2022."

Nambi is a former ISRO scientist and aerospace engineer who was wrongly accused of espionage while caught up in the middle of a spy scandal. On July 1, 2022, his biopic, "Rocketry: The Nambi Effect," will be released. The movie also features Phyllis Logan, Vincent Riotta, Ron Donaiche, Simran, Rajit Kapur, Ravi Raghavendra, Misha Ghoshal, Gulshan Grover, Karthik Kumar, and Dinesh Prabhakar. In May of 2022, the picture made its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.
In Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, R Madhavan will play Nambi Narayanan, an award-winning aerospace engineer from ISRO. From his graduation days at Princeton University until his false espionage accusation and arrest in 1994, the story follows his life. R Madhavan's debut as a filmmaker will be marked with this production. Another interesting tidbit for film fans is that Shah Rukh Khan will appear in the Hindi and English versions of the drama, while Suriya will star in the South versions.
The film was announced in 2018 and took nearly four years to finish. The movie was shot in Tamil, Hindi, and English at the same time, and it will be released in Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada as well.
