Ranveer Singh says, 'I didn't know pictures would cause me trouble' in connection to photoshoot row
Ranveer Singh's photoshoot row: Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh recorded a statement to the Mumbai Police on Monday regarding an FIR filed against him for sharing obscene pictures on social media.

Ranveer Singh appeared in front of the Mumbai police on Monday morning after being summoned to appear in the actor's photoshoot row. The 'Jayeshbhai Jordaar' actor arrived at the Chembur Police Station to record his statement. The investigating officer might call him again, according to the police, if needed.

According to sources close to the Mumbai police, Ranveer insisted he hadn't posted the sensitive images in his statement to the officers. Additionally, he claimed that he was unaware that the photo shoot would cause him trouble.

Ranveer Singh had been issued a summons by the police last week, but he wrote to them to ask for additional time because he was preoccupied with work and was out of town. On Monday morning, the actor was able to appear at the police station.
On the work front, Ranveer Singh was last seen in 'Jayeshbhai Jordaar' and now he will be seen opposite Alia Bhatt in Karan Johar's 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' which will be released on February 10, 2023.
