Ranbir Kapoor is garnering much love for his film 'Brahmastra' which also marked his first collaboration with his wife Alia Bhatt. While fans praised the couple's onscreen chemistry, Ranbir Kapoor opened up about the criticism that Alia Bhatt has been facing.

It is known to all that Alia Bhatt has been active ever since she announced her first pregnancy. Soon after the announcement, she completed her Hollywood film with Gal Gadot and then returned to India. Later, she got busy with her film 'Darlings' and then it was 'Brahmastra'. In the meanwhile, Alia Bhatt has been facing criticism for working during her pregnancy.

Now, reacting to the same, Ranbir Kapoor referred to the criticism as 'jealousy'. He said that the way she carried out herself during the entire promotion of her film is mind-blowing. He said that everyone should only be inspired.

Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's film 'Brahmastra' is garnering massive appreciation from the movie buffs in terms of its story and VFX.

Helmed by Ayan Mukherji, the film was released in theaters on September 9.
