Ammy Virk announces new Punjabi movie 'Jugni 1907'; release date inside

Latest Punjabi movies 2023: Singer-actor Ammy Virk is leaving no stone unturned to entertain his fans with one after the other projects. The artist has dazzled everyone with his album "Layers" and has now revealed a new Punjabi film titled 'Jugni 1907'.

Ammy Virk who is an avid social media user took to his Instagram and shared an intriguing motion poster of the upcoming Punjabi movie 'Jugni 1907'. The video featured two-person carrying a 'Mashal' in their hands.

For those who are not familiar with history, the year 1907 is defined by a period of instability in the British Indian province of Punjab that was sparked by the passage of the Colonization Bill in that region in 1906. The beginning of the Punjabi freedom movement is commonly described to it as this period.

'Jugni 1907' is written by Jass Grewal, and the historical drama is co-produced by Daljit Thind and Ammy Virk under the production houses. The movie is slated to be released in theatres on May 10, 2024.
