Priyanka Chopra is busy these days promoting her next film titled, “The Matrix Resurrections' which is a big milestone in her acting career.
The actress has been very vocal in regard to gender equality, while her recent reaction to a publication calling her Nick Jonas wife was clear proof of it. In an article published by a media house, Priyanka Chopra was referred to as Nick Jonas’s wife despite her being in the film industry for more than two decades.

The moment Priyanka came across the article she shared the picture of it with pointed notes which read, “Very interesting that I'm promoting one of the most iconic film franchises of all time, and I'm still referenced as 'the wife of...'. The actress has been sharing pictures from the promotions of the film ‘The Matrix Resurrections’. At the Red Table Talk’s 100th episode, Priyanka Chopra spoke about bagging the role in the prestigious. She said, “So when I got the call from my agent, I remember I was in India filming something, and they were like, 'Oh, Lana wants to meet you tomorrow in San Francisco. I drove to the airport. I was like, 'Sure!' Whatever it takes to get the opportunity to work with all of you lot, it's just such a privilege and an honor."
