Priyanka expresses grief over the Morbi bridge incident: In response to the fatal tragedy at the Machchu River Bridge in Morbi, Gujarat, actor Priyanka Chopra extended her concern on Tuesday.

Priyanka posted a message on her stories to Instagram with the caption, "So heartbreaking...My condolence goes out to everyone affected by the bridge collapse in Gujarat.” She further added, “Praying for a speedy recovery of those injured. My thoughts &prayers are with the families who mourn today."
Around 130 fatalities have been confirmed thus far following the collapse of the suspension bridge over the Machchhu River in the Morbi district on Sunday.

The accident's death toll now sits at 134, according to the most recent reports. A criminal case has been filed in connection with the event, according to Gujarat's Home Minister Harsh Sanghavi.
Additionally, according to the police, the management agency failed to maintain the bridge with the necessary care and did not carry out a quality check on it before opening it to the public on October 26. According to sources, a private company repaired the bridge during the bridge's closure for maintenance, which lasted roughly 8 months.
