'Jaane Jaan' actor Vijay Varma expresses his nervousness while doing a romantic scene with Kareena Kapoor Khan

Vijay Varma is one of the most finest actors of Indian cinema currently. As the acing actor is gearing up for his upcoming thriller drama 'Jaane Jaan' which is slatted to premiere on September 21, 2023. The Sujoy Ghosh drama thriller will also feature Kareena Kapoor Khan and Jaideep Ahlawat in the leading roles. Interestingly, 'Jaane Jaan' will also be Bebo's first ever OTT debut. Recently, during and interview, Vijay could not stop but heap praise for his co-actor Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Kareena Kapoor Khan is undoubtedly a more prominent actor in Bollywood's mainland. So, Vijay also felt the nervousness while sharing the same screen with an enriched actor like Bebo. During a recent interview with Shehnaaz Gill, the actor shared his feeling and quoted, "There is a scene, where she’s looking at me in a certain way, and she’s singing. Jaise woh scene aaya, mere toh paseene chutt gaye. Aap nahi handle kar sakte". Vijay also called Bebo "extremely charismatic" and says "She is very beautiful when she performs. She knows that adaayein hai unke paas". During the interview, he also revealed an inside joke which he shares with Jaideep Ahlawat where they sarcastically refer themselves as "Bebo ke babies."

Kareena Kapoor on working with OTT stars

It is not just Vijay, but Kareena on the other hand also revealed how Saif Ali Khan warned her to sharp herself with more fine acting and caliber as Vijay and Jaideep both are quite 'the professionals' on OTT. She continued her revelation and quoted, "When I said that I am working with Jaideep and Vijay, they are trained in a different way and somehow I feel this whole generation of OTT actors are giving the stars a run for their money in terms of their performance. I think he meant in a good way when he said to be a lot more focused, be on your toes working with Jaideep and Vijay because they are so good. I think that was really good advice. And he is also a fantastic actor." 

Her Excitement

As 'Jaane Jaan' is all set to make it's premiere on September 21, 2023 on Netflix, which is also Bebo's 43rd birthday, she quotes while elating her happiness of being a part of Sujoy Ghosh's movie, as she always dreamt of being so. "This film has been with Sujoy for ten years but when he couldn’t put the cast together, he put this film to the back burner. I am happy that everything has fallen in place. I always wanted to do a thriller with Sujoy as he did a good job in Kahani. This was a perfect thriller with the right mood for us," she further added.
