'Friday Night Plan' Trailer out; Babil Khan, Juhi Chawla starring web series promises a fun family drama ride to the audience

'Qala' actor Babil Khan is currently tying his seatbelts for his second TV ensemble, 'Friday Night Plan'. The makers of the series along with it's leads has released the trailer of the on August 21, 2023. Starring Babil Khan, Amrith Jayan and Juhi Chawla, the show promises a wonderful roller coaster ride revolving around a family drama. The released trailer of past 2 minutes gave a sneak peek into the world produced by Farhan Akhtar. Meanwhile, the family drama is slatted to premiere on September 1, 2023 exclusively on Netflix.

The lead actors

Interestingly, veteran actress Juhi Chawla is returning back on the OTT screens with the upcoming Netflix original series 'Friday Night Plan' alongside 'Qala' actor Babil Khan and debut youngster, Amith Jayan. Previously Juhi Chawla took her fans by surprise when she announced her comeback in the beginning of August, 2023. In the newest family drama, Babil will be sharing a close bond with Juhi Chawla as her elder son and along-with Amrith Jayan as a mischievous young brother.

About Friday Night Plan

Directed by Vatsal Neelakantan, the 'Friday Night Plan' is jointly produced by Farhan Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani and Kassim Jagmagia under the banner of Excel entertainment. Along with the leads mentioned above, 'The Friday Night' will also star other actors such as Medha Rana, Ninad Kamath and Aadhya Anand playing some pivotal roles. According to it's released trailer,  the show will be a fun ride ensuing the plan of two brothers, when their mom leaves them home alone. Sounds truly exciting, Isn't It? "In the quiet of the night…these two brothers are up to something fishy. Is this a recipe for disaster or for the most epic Friday Night Plan,' as per stated by the official synopsis.

The Work Fronts!

Talking about their work fronts, Babil Khan made his acting debut through Anvita Dutt's Netflix movie 'Qala' which received a huge critical acclamation from the psychological thriller suckers. On the other hand Juhi Chawla was last seen in the web series 'Hush Hush' alongside Soha Ali Khan, Karishma Tanna, Kritika Kamra and Shahana Goswami. Other lead character played by Amrith Ranjan, will be seen on the television screens for the first time and being a debutant alongside such industry icons must be insane for the guy to give a Kickstart to his acting career.
