NCB found 'No Evidence' against Aryan Khan in relation to the Drug Case

The Narcotics Control Bureau's Special Investigation Team (SIT) discovered 'no evidence' that Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan was involved in the drug conspiracy. The SIT team also discovered various inconsistencies in the raid on the luxury cruise, during which Aryan was arrested, according to the report.

Officials have also provided some of the important findings of the SIT, which contradict the NCB unit's allegations.

The SIT probe is still ongoing, according to one of the officials, and the final report to NCB Director General SN Pradhan may take a few months to complete. A legal opinion will allegedly be obtained before a final decision is made on whether Aryan may be charged with consumption despite the fact that no narcotics were discovered on him.

The former Mumbai Zonal Unit director Sameer Wankhede's conduct has been called into question by the SIT investigation. The SIT's investigation into the Cordelia case also revealed that Aryan did not ask his friend Arbaaz Merchant to bring drugs on the cruise, which the latter confirmed during his interrogation. In a separate investigation, the agency is looking at procedural breaches.

Meanwhile, there have been speculations that Aryan Khan will make his Bollywood debut as a writer rather than following in his father's footsteps as an actor.
