Honey Singh is in legal problem; Nagpur court directs him to submit a voice sample
Punjabi singer and rapper Honey Singh has been charged with singing and posting lewd/vulgar songs to the internet under Sections 292, 293 of the IPC (obscenity) and Sections 67, 67A of the Information Technology Act. Anandpal Singh Jabbal made a complaint, which led to the act.
On January 27, district and additional sessions judge SASM Ali ordered Singh to appear between February 4 and February 11 at Panchpaoli police station in Nagpur.

According to reports, the Panchpaoli police filed a complaint against Singh under section 292 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Information Technology Act (ITA).
Honey Singh has been ordered to appear before a local police station to submit a voice sample in connection with a case by a district court in Nagpur. According to the report, the investigating officer denied Singh's request, stating that the singer was expected to appear at the police station on January 25 but did not.

According to the investigating officer, the singer was not complying with the investigation, and if he is allowed to fly, he will not be able to appear in court.
Honey Singh made headlines last year after his wife Shalini Talwar filed domestic violence, sexual assault, mental harassment, and financial harassment allegations against him in Delhi's Tis Hazari Court. Singh had previously spoken about his battles with depression and alcoholism.
