Emmy 2023 Nominations; 'Succession' and 'The Crown' are in frontline; 'Dahmar: Monster' included in Outstanding Limited Series

One of the most anticipated and prestigious award of television and series, The Emmy Awards 2023 are just ahead us and The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) has announced it's nominations on July 12, 2023. The NATAS body took it by surprise with it's top tier nominees which is going to presented on the official day on September 18, 2023.

This year we will be celebrating the 75th year of the coveted festival which will be honoring the best deserving television creation with it's trophy and global acclamation. The list of the nominees were announced on July 12, 9:30 AM ET(9:00 PM) IST. The long list includes numerous names and fames of the television entertainment industry with names such as Succession, The Crown, House of The Dragon, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and Sarah Snook, Jeff Bridges, Brian Cox and many others have garnered nominations in the acting category. 

The Astounding nominees

Television show 'Succession' marked the frontline and led all other television programmes by 27 nominations, The Last of Us is the first ever Live-action video game adaptation to be nominated is such a supreme category. The maker of 'Dahmar: Monster, The Jeffrey Dahmar Story', Paris Barclay is the first black director nominated for comedy, drama and limited series category. Wednesday fame, Jenna Ortega with her nomination became the second youngest lead for the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. television network MAX and HBO led all other networks with a total 127 nomination.

The astonishing Award extravaganza will be celebrated and honor marvelous acclamations on 18 September, 2023 in US at 8:00 PM ET and in India it will be telecasted on 19 September, 2023 at 5:30 AM IST
