Dominic Toretto aka Vin Diesel is accused of assaulting his former assistant; The actor inappropriately gropes her

Vin Diesel is a well known name in the American Hollywood industry. The star who has worked in numerous movies from adventure to thrilling action dramas is now under a great possesion of risk as he has been recently accused of sexual assault by the star's former assistant. Vin Diesel, who is often known by his character of Dominic Torreto from the Fast & Furious movie series has now accused of sexually assaulting his previous assistant, of pinning her forcibly to the wall of a hotel suit room and delving into inappropriate conducts.

Report filed against Vin Diesel accusing him for sexual assault!

The case was filed against the star by Asta Jonasson on Thursday, December 21, 2023. As per the filed report, Asta was pushed and pulled by Vin in a Hotel suit who acording to her has firstly pushed Asta onto his bed against her will, even after pleasing him no to. On denial, Diesel allegedly groped and pinned her to the wall while making her go through some gutzy innappropriate conducts. Hours later the incident, she was fired from Vin Diesel's company, the report further stated.

Vin Diesel denies and his lawyer calls the accusation 'outlandish'

According to Asta she was left traumatised ever since the night. On the very allegations, Vin Diesel's attorney, Bryan Freedman unabshedly denied to all the facts that were reported the the asistant victim and the lawyer further quoted, "Vin Diesel denies this claim in its entirety." Bryan made it clear to the officials that the case transceds Diesel for the first time who had become aware of the more than 13-year-old claim made by Jonasson, that has worked under the company only for mere 9 days and Freedman further backlashed the claim 'outlandish'. 

Statement made by Asta's Lawyer

Well Asta's experience with Vin Diesel was not the only one as she also alleged there were more such instances wherein she has faced a similar experience with another person there. Ms. Jonasson's lawyer who holds accountable handling her case said, "Asta seeks to hold Vin Diesel and those who allowed and covered up his sexual assault accountable for their egregious actions. We hope her courageous decision to come forward helps create lasting change and empowers other survivors." Meanwhile this not only puts a dark ephasis on Vin Diesel filmy career but at the same time it includes the varying claims of gender discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and negligent supervision.
