Bridgerton Season 3 Star Nicola Coughlan Opens Up about feeling 'pressure' during the carriage scene!
Bridgestone is one of the most sought-after Netflix period drama series that has oozed and whacked its global fanatics over the past few years. With some back-to-back blockbuster seasons like Bridgerton, Bridgerton 2, and Queen Charlotte(Bridgerton prequel), the makers have finally unveiled their most anticipated sequel, Bridgerton Season 3 recently and left people in absolute awe with Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington's oozing arc. Meanwhile, it is just the first part(4 episodes)of the season that was launched.

"The fans are eager and passionate. They constantly sent us carriage images, expecting beauty, romance, and sensuality all in one," Coughlan continued.

While explaining the couple's first kiss on the screen, Nicola said, "After the kiss, she believes she’s completely messed up, convinced he won’t be interested. She feels embarrassed and ready to move on." Continuing ahead, she asserted on the scene and said, "When he steps into the carriage, she somehow doesn’t anticipate anything like what follows." Giving a weight to Nicolas's views on the cucial part, lead actor Newton said, "He's taking a risk, putting himself out there. He could easily be rejected and have to walk home."
Luke Newton also embarked on the people's curiosity that was flaming with each earlier season of the period drama regarding the two friends, Penelope and Colin, their friends-to-lovers journey perhaps. He said, "I believe there’s always been that lingering curiosity about these two characters, Fans have clearly wished for them to reach the stage we’re at now, so it’s been on out minds."
Well, the four episodes of the series have truly left people's jaw dropped as we are now anticipating the highest expectations from the two of the lovers in the upcoming episodes of the second part. Meanwhile, the second part of Bridgerton's third sequel will be available on June 13th, 2024 only on Netflix.
