Geeta Kapur pens emotional note for ‘mamma’ Farah Khan on Guru Purnima
Indian choreographer Geeta Kapur on Wednesday posted a black-and-white picture on her Instagram handle on the occasion of Guru Purnima. Geeta Kapur can be seen posing with filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan.
Geeta Kapur thanked Farah Khan for being her mentor and said that "there will never be another for me."

While sharing the picture, Geeta penned an emotional note for Farah Khan. Geeta Kapur kicked off her journey in Bollywood after joining Farah Khan’s dance troupe as a teenager. Later, she started assisting Farah on several films such as 'Dil Toh Pagal Hai', 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', 'Mohabbatein', 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham', 'Kal Ho Na Ho', 'Om Shanti Om' and 'Main Hoon Na'.

Last year, Geeta Kapur had revealed that she calls Farah her mom.
She had said that whenever she used to go for any work, her mother used to travel with her. Soon after she started working with Farah Khan, they used to travel abroad a lot and her mother couldn’t travel with her. However, Farah Khan took care of Geeta like a mother.
