On its initial day, February 25, Alia Bhatt's Gangubai Kathiawadi pulled in Rs 10.5 crore at the box office. Gangubai Kathiawadi made almost Rs 107 crore in less than 15 days. Bhansali Productions' official Instagram account released a special video after the film crossed the Rs 100-crore benchmark.

The makers have released a new video announcing that it will be streaming on Netflix on April 26.
