Sher Bagga's release date postponed due to Sidhu Moose Wala's death
Punjabi film Sher Bagga starring Ammy Virk, Sonam Bajwa was scheduled to release in theaters on June 10th. However, due to Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala's unfortunate death, the entire nation is currently grieving the loss. To pay a tribute to the singer, makers of Sher Bagga film have announced to delay the film's release date.
Ammy Virk including the other cast and crew of the film Sher Bagga took to their respective social media accounts to confirm the news. The statement shared read as, "As a Team Sher Bagga, we were supposed to meet you all at your nearby theaters on June 10th to celebrate the cinema. But due to extremely sad and unfortunate time, we are not in a state of mind to celebrate this art form. Therefore we have postponed the release of Sher Bagga."

As of now no new dates have been mentioned by the team for the film.
For the unversed, Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead on May 29 by unidentified gunmen while the singer was travelling to meet someone in his car. The death of the singer has left everyone numb. Several pictures and videos from the singer's funeral has left the mass in tears and everyone is praying for the strength of Sidhu's parents while demanding justice for the singer.
Sidhu's father Balkaur Sidhu recently met Union Minister Amit Shah to demand probe by the central agencies for Sidhu Moose Wala's tragic death incident.
On Friday June 3, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann paid a visit to Moosewala's home and told his family that his killers will be apprehended soon.
