Diljit Dosanjh recently graced the silver screen with Shaad Ali’s Soorma, which is based on the life of former hockey player ‘Sandeep Singh’, popularly known as Flicker Singh.
Soorma witnessed a non-sports enthusiast Diljit Dosanjh stepping into the shoes of an ace hockey player. However, he might have refused to be a part of the sports biopic fearing that he has never been on the ground before. But today the actor holds the hockey stick with as much confidence as a professional player.
After enjoying the success from his Bollywood movie ‘Soorma’, the actor cum singer is now working on a sad song. He seems really excited about this project as he hasn’t given a sad track to the audience since long. Recently, he shared a video clip on his social media handle from the shoot of his upcoming sad song in which he can be seen smiling.

Diljit’s first Bollywood project Udta Punjab with Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor was a box office hit. The Punjabi singer has been accepted by the Hindi Film Industry with open arms.
