Diljit Dosanjh begins filming for Amar Singh Chamkila's biopic; unveils first look

Diljit Dosanjh news: Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh is delighting his fans with one or other good news. The singer who is basking in the success of the film 'Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne' has now started filming for his much-awaited project with Imitiaz Ali.

Yes, you read that correctly. Diljit Dosanjh and Imitiaz Ali have been making headlines for their collaboration on the biopic of famous Punjabi singer Amar Singh Chamkila.

Diljit Dosanjh has now shared the first glimpse from his upcoming movie and revealed that the shooting for the same went on the floors recently. The singer, who is an avid social media user took to his Instagram stories and shared the first glimpse as he began shooting for his upcoming movie.

Diljit shared a slew of pictures on his IG stories, one of which included a monochrome picture of Amar Singh Chamkila. Followed by Diljit Dosanjh's look with a mustache.

Nothing much was revealed by the singer, however, the video already grabbed everyone's attention.

Earlier, ‘Dosanjhawala’ took to his Instagram and shared a picture with music Maestro AR Rahman and spectacular director Imitiaz Ali for the biopic on Amar Singh Chamkila. The picture has surely generated curiosity among his fans.

It was reported that Diljit Dosanjh will be paired with Parineeti Chopra in the upcoming biopic on Amar Singh Chamkila, which is being helmed by Imitiaz Ali. However, nothing yet has been confirmed about the same by the makers.
