Nawazuddin Siddique describes himself as the 'ugliest actor' in Bollywood but why?
Nawazuddin Siddique is often counted as one of the most active actors in the country. The man who has served his innate caliber in some of the most enriched movie scripts, characters that almost stole the entire plot game is surely an actor one of a kind. The rarest gem of Bollywood, Nawaz of course had his struggles before getting his name in the fame and glamor which he had often talked about in various interviews and media gatherings. But recently, Siddique opened up about the struggles he faced in Bollywood because of his looks and physique.
Recently during an interview with a well-known media forum, Nawazuddin Siddique revealed the most inhuman struggles he had to face within the industry. Talking about the same, he even revealed why some people hate the way he looks. "Kyunki shakal hee aisi hai – itne badsurat hai humlog. Humein bhi lagta hai jab apne aap ko aaine mein dekhte hai," he said. He openly said in front of the camera that he often questions his journey of lending in a glamorous world like Bollywood with such a bad face.
Proceeding further he said, "I’m the ugliest actor – physically – in the film industry. According to the Gangs of Wasseypur actor, he had been listening to such statements from the very beginning of his career. These tags date so long that now even he believes everything people have to say. But deep down, he is thankful for the breakthrough he got into Bollywood. Meanwhile, he thanked all the directors who gave him the wonderful opportunity to portray some of the most iconic characters. Asserting his achievements in cinema, he revealed that even if you have a small bit of talent, the industry will give you a lot. Society might judge but the sector doesn't. Speaking in a nutshell, one always gets his due sooner or later with a fine possession of talent.
Meanwhile, Nawaz also talked about his family during the interview. As per the actor he came from a pretty privileged family. It was not that they were super rich but they could however offer a decent lifestyle. But arriving at an age, he stopped depending financially on his family, and thus to follow his dreams he did some pretty crooked jobs like a security guard. It was for the sake of his dream and earning money that he was ready to do any profession for the sake of being.
