Koffee With Karan Season 8; Kareena Kapoor talks about playing mother of Sara Ali Khan; Says, "I am open to anything that's acting."

Apart from being Bollywood's one of the most prolific filmmaker, Karan Johar also serves as a great host to his famous talk show Koffee with Karan. Previously, with 7 astounding seasons, the famous show has bought it's 8th season, which was premiered recently on October 2023. Ever since it's premiere, the couch had been already graced by the biggest names of the industry such as Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, the Deol brothers, Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Pandey. Recently it's fourth episode went air bringing in tinsel town's sister-in-laws, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt.

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt has stole the spotlight of the fourth episode, getting indulged in some of the most intriguing conversations on KJo's talking couch. From their stargazing careers to family dynamics, no topic was left unturned by the infamous host and the guest in divas. During one of it's many parts, Kareena Kapoor was asked about playing the role of a mother of Sara Ali Khan if films as such comes under her way to which she replied 'Can play all ages'. 

Delving into the topic further, Karan could be seen asking "If you were asked to play Sara's mother in a film, would you?" Responding to the same, Bebo said, "I think I'm an actor and I can play all ages. So you never know. If it is a good part." Mr. Johar dug her answer further and added, "Then you are open to it?" Responding to which Kareena said, "I am open to anything that's acting." 

The Family Dynamics

It interesting see Kareena's positive response on the question as she is Sara's step mother and married her father, Saif Ali Khan in October 2012. Previously, Saif was married to veteran actress Amrita Singh (Sara's mother) but parted their ways in 2004. Speaking of their families, Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh have two children, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif on the other hand has two young child too, Taimur Ali Khan(2016) and Jehangir Ali Khan(2021).
