Koffee With Karan 8; Deol brothers, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol graces Karan's talk show, discusses 'Nepotism' in depth!

Just like it's first episode, the second episode of Karan Johar's most hyped up talk show 'Koffee With Karan' flew in a starry affair too. Right after it's premiere attended by Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, the second episode is attended by the Deol brothers, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol to mark their filmy legacy throughout their unfathomable career. The eagerly awaited episode of the glitzy show was aired today on Disney hotstar celebrating the illustrious legacy formed by the renown Deol family of the industry.

Deol brothers talks about Nepotism in Bollywood 

Gracing the infamous couch of the show both of the brothers, Sunny and Bobby were seen delving in varying aspects of their life and career, from success to failure and from their movies to the most controversial topic of nepotism in Bollywood. while getting serenaded by moving conversation, show's OG host Karan Johar made 'nepotism' as the central topic and asked both the brother's of their individual visions on the same. Elder brother Sunny Deol called the whole term as stupid, as it doesn't make any sense. "Now I've come to the conclusion that it's just stupid," he gasped. 

Sunny Deol addresses about individual hardwork

As per Sunny Deol, people often tend to catcall starkids and narrate them with nepotism out of anger and frustration because they can't achieve something like them, a family legacy! Moreover, the family name stays still in a place whereas it is their individual hardwork and talent that has given Sunny and Bobby a face of recognition within the industry. Paving more light to the controversial term he stated that it is as natural as how a parent shows their child a path to choose, the way his father Dharmendra has did it. He called it "A natural aspect of family support". 

Bobby Deol's strong views on 'Nepotism'

Younger brother, Bobby Deol on the other hand stated to see through a positive perspective. Bobby even referred that their parents were never belong to the industry either instead it is their individual hardwork that has blessed them with success. Continuing further, he gave a reality check to the people and said, "We didn't choose to be born to them. We were blessed to be born to them. We didn't ask, we got it." He also encouraged to see things from a different angle and to learn the fact that even after being from such filmy family, success is neither guaranteed nor earned, highlighting the downgrading phase of both of their careers. Adding to which, Sunny even underscored his success of Gadar 2, after almost 20 years and addressed how tough the period in-between was!
