Aryan Khan Acquires Luxury Property in Delhi for Worth 37 Crore
Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, continues to capture public attention, even before making his debut in the film industry. The latest buzz surrounds his recent real estate acquisition and as per the reports, Aryan has purchased two floors in the upscale Panchsheel Park area of South Delhi for a staggering ₹37 crore.
The newly acquired property includes the basement and ground floor of a building where Shah Rukh Khan and his wife, Gauri Khan, resided during their early years. According to documents obtained by sources, the transaction was completed in May 2024, with a stamp duty of ₹2.64 crore paid on the deal. The home has sentimental value for the Khans, as it is in the city where Shah Rukh and Gauri first met.
Gauri Khan, a renowned interior designer, is reportedly overseeing the design of Aryan's new residence. The family’s previous home in Panchsheel Park, a heritage villa purchased by Shah Rukh Khan in 2001 for over ₹13 crore, has appreciated significantly. Today, the property is estimated to be worth around ₹200 crore. In 2020, Shah Rukh made the villa available for rent on Airbnb, showcasing its opulent interiors, including richly textured walls, vibrant tapestries, and glittering chandeliers, adorned with personal mementoes from the Khan family's travels.
Aryan Khan is also gearing up for his foray into the entertainment industry with his directorial debut series, "Stardom." This modern drama will offer an in-depth look at the glamorous world of showbiz, exploring the highs and lows of fame, success, and the intense desire to become a star.
"Stardom," written and directed by Aryan, will feature Lakshya in a leading role. The series will also include significant roles for Bobby Deol and Mona Kapoor, along with cameo appearances by Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh, making it a highly anticipated project in the Bollywood arena.
