Brahmastra: Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor's film sells 1 lakh pre-booking tickets
Brahmastra advance booking: One of the much awaited films of the year 'Brahmastra', which features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles, is just around the corner. The movie's advance booking statistics are now indicating outstanding results, and industry insiders anticipated that the film could earn Rs. 20 crores on its opening day.
The largest advance booking records since the 2019 film 'War' were set by 'Brahmastra', as reported previously. A significant theatre chain PVR revealed that the film has already sold 1 lakh seats for the opening day and 2 lakh tickets for the weekend.
Despite the demands to boycott, it appears that 'Brahmastra' could provide the Bollywood box office with much-needed relief this month. The Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt movie's advance booking just started, and it's been reported that more than 1 lakh seats have already been sold.
One day after Brahmastra's advance reservations went on the market, trade analyst Taran Adarsh announced on Twitter that the movie has already sold over 1,00,000 tickets.

Recently, the box office has suffered greatly due to the boycott trend. It appeared to have affected 'Brahmastra" as well. For a few days now, calls to boycott the movie have been made on social media by netizens for a number of different reasons. However, the trend didn’t seem to affect the film considering its massive collection of pre-booking tickets.
Apart from Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, the film also features Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy among the other names. The film is expected to rank among the most expensive Hindi films ever produced. The movie is helmed by Ayan Mukherji and is slated to release on September 9.
