With an immersive response on Gadar 2, Anil Sharma is gearing up for his next project; Movie to feature Nana Patekar and Utkarsh Sharma

Gadar 2: With the release of the Gadar sequel, Gadar 2 is continuing grabbing attention, applauses including impressive box office collection. The Sunny Deol starrer movie has reportedly made it's way to Rs. 500 crore in the box ofice, North alone, eventually on it's way to be one of the biggest blockbuster of the Bollywood history, even to surpass Shah Rukh starrer 'Pathaan' released in January 2023.

Anil Sharma's next big project

As Gadar 2 is acquiring fame like no movie, it's maker Anil Sharma amid it's jaw dropping success has already started his prep for his new movie. As per the latest reports, Anil Sharma is to bring together iconic Nana Patekar along-side Utkarsh Sharma for his upcoming directorial. The source quoted, "Anil Sharma had an idea for a film featuring Nana Patekar and Utkarsh Sharma for a while now and following the success of Gadar 2, he is ready to take this film on floors. It’s currently in the pre-production stage and is expected to start rolling in November this year. It’s a commercial drama, and the filmmaker plans to shoot it in Mumbai, and Goa among other places." 

Anil Sharma on 'Apne 2'

Apart from the revealed actors, Nana Patekar and Utkarsh Sharma, the movie will also feature other seasoned faces from the filmy industry, whose further detailes are yet to be revealed. Meanwhile, Anil Sharma is all set for bringing back the sequel of Deol's starrer, 'Apne 2.' Starring Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Dharmendra and Karan Deol on leads, "The basic plot of Apne 2 is locked and Anil Sharma will get into the full-fledged development by next year and then take the film on floors,” the source continued. As per the reports regarding Apne 2, the filmmaker wants to bring back the long lost emotion of 'Apne', according to which it is an accurate creation to touch correct chords of feelings of family drama among the Indian audience.
