Popular actor John Abraham recently took to social media, to share some exciting news about his upcoming film 'Vedaa' which also features Sharvari and Tamannaah Bhatia. The actor announced the title, unveiled the first poster, and revealed the release date for his next project, titled "Vedaa." The much-anticipated film is scheduled to hit cinemas on July 12th of this year.
In the poster, John Abraham showcased a rugged look, accompanied by actor Sharvari Wagh, who portrayed a character with tears in her eyes. The powerful visual also featured a weapon, adding an extra layer of intensity to the announcement. John expressed his enthusiasm by inviting audiences to "Dive into the world of #Vedaa."
Directed by Nikkhil Advani, the movie marks a collaboration between John Abraham and Nikkhil after their previous work on films like "Salaam-e-Ishq" and "Batla House." Sharvari Wagh, who stars alongside John, shared her character poster on Instagram, building anticipation among fans.
"Vedaa" has been labeled a "high-energy action-drama," promising an engaging cinematic experience. Besides John and Sharvari, the film also features Tamannaah Bhatia, and Abhishek Banerjee in pivotal role. The screenplay is crafted by Aseem Arora, with Zee Studios, Emmay Entertainment, and John's JA Entertainment taking charge of the film's production.
The shooting for "Vedaa" concluded in Kashmir last December, with picturesque locations in Srinagar and the Anantnag district. John shared his positive experience in a video released by the Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Department, praising the beautiful locales and expressing his excitement about shooting in Kashmir.
Before "Vedaa," John Abraham was last seen in "Pathaan," directed by Siddharth Anand, which hit the screens on January 25th. The film also stars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in lead roles, marking another milestone in John's diverse and successful acting career.
