Rakul Preet Singh to share screen to Neena Gupta for her upcoming comedy thriller! Deets inside

Rakul Preet Singh is one of the most finest new-age actress of the Industry who has paved her way through South Indian movies to the infinite realm of Bollywood. The actress has spent almost 13 year in the movies where she diverged her reaches from Tamil to Telegu and Kannada to Hindi and proved her acing skills through some of the best performances in cinema. The actress is all set to evolve her prowess with numereous upcoming movies queing up in her upcoming days. Four of her upcoming films include Indian 2, Ayalaan, Mere Husband Ki Biwi and the De De Pyaar De sequel alongside Ajay Devgn.

About the 'MOVIE'

As the news are surfacing, the actress is also pacing her gear up for the fifth film, a comedy thriller to be precise, directed by Ashish R. Shukla. A source has exclusively learnt that Rakul Preet has signed the movie recently where she will be sharing the silver screen alongside veteran actress Neena Gupta. The film is yet untitled but claimed as 'Uniquely Crafted Comedy'. The upcoming movie will revolve around Rakul Preet and Neena Gupta as the leading protagonists alongwith numerous other pivotal charcters which are yet to be unveiled yet. 

As per the reports, the movie will be directed by Ashish R. Shukla and will be produced by Sunir under his own banner Athena ENM. Interestingly, it will be the producer's second collaboration with Rakul Preet, as they both worked in 'I Love You' helmed under Nikhil Mahajan. The movie will swoon it's shoots from the month of October and the makers are looking forward to wrap up the film by the end of the December this year.

As Rakul Preet's acting ladder is already packed with cohesive projects under her pipeline, the untitled comedy thriller is not just the end of it. As per further reports, the actress is also under talks to lead a woman-led action film which she hasn't signed yet. Neena Gupta on the other hand was recently seen in the Vishal Bhardwaj’s SonyLIV series, 'Charlie Chopra & The Mystery of Solang Valley' which is released just yesterday.
