Priyanka Chopra Teams Up with Rajshri Entertainment for Marathi Feature Film 'Paani' Threatical Release
Global star Priyanka Chopra has teamed up with Rajshri Entertainment and Kothare Vision Pvt Ltd for an upcoming Marathi feature film titled 'Paani'. Directed by Addinath M. Kothare, this movie is set to release in theatres on October 18, 2024.
Priyanka Chopra announced the release on her Instagram, expressing her excitement about the project. She called 'Paani' a "very special" film and encouraged everyone to watch it in theatres. This film marks Rajshri Entertainment's first venture into Marathi cinema.
'Paani' is written by Nitin Dixit and features a talented cast, including Addinath M Kothare, Rucha Vaidya, Subodh Bhave, Rajit Kapur, and several others. The movie is produced by Neha Barjatya, the late Rajjat Barjatya, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Dr. Madhu Chopra, with Mahesh Kothare and Siddharth Chopra as associate producers.
In addition to this, Paani has also won National Film Award for Best Film on Environment Conservation/Preservation in 2019 and now the film is all set for theatrical release.
Priyanka Chopra, founder of Purple Pebble Pictures, shared her excitement about the film, describing it as a passion project that addresses a critical issue.
