'Mrs. Chatterjee Vs Norway' movie: Rani Mukherji is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming social-drama 'Mrs. Chatterjee Vs. Norway'. In the meantime, recently, she said that the vision of their film is way bigger than the box office collections. 

Rani and the movie's producer, Nikkhil Advani, spoke with renowned director Karan Johar about their upcoming film during a recent promotional event. "The purpose of this film is bigger than a box office success," claimed Rani, "because it needs to raise awareness about the tales that parents outside the country experience on a daily basis.

The official trailer for the movie, which is based on a true story, was just released by the film's creators, and it has since gotten a tremendous amount of attention from fans.

'Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway' movie trailer

Beginning with a video of Mrs. Chatterjee (Rani) enjoying her time in Norway with her husband and two children, Shubh and Shuchi, the trailer shows her going about her daily activities with joy. However, the family soon faces a problem when representatives from the nation's child protection agency show up at their door unexpectedly and grab their children.

Rani is seen battling the Norwegian foster care system in the trailer's second half to regain custody of her kids. Mrs. Chatterjee Vs. Norway, which was produced by Emmay Entertainment and Zee Studios and directed by Ashima Chibber, will released in theatres on March 17.

'Mrs. Chatterjee Vs Norway' movie real story

The movie is based on a true story that showed how a mother struggled against the authorities to reclaim her children. The protagonist of the narrative is a mother by the name of Sagarika Bhattacharya who fought to get her kids back from the Norwegian Child Welfare Services.
