'Avatar: The Way of Water': James Cameron to miss film's screening as he tests Covid positive
'Avatar: The Way of Water' news: James Cameron, who is now in isolation after testing positive for Covid-19, will not attend the Los Angeles premiere of his movie 'Avatar: The Way of Water'. After arriving in Los Angeles from Tokyo, he was found to have the new coronavirus.
A representative reportedly stated, "Jim has COVID but is feeling well," as quoted by the American internet and print publication. He had a positive test as part of a regular testing cycle. He will continue to work virtually but won't be there at the premiere.

During the opening ceremony of his multimedia experience on Sunday night, the filmmaker initially disclosed the infection. James Cameron's "Into the Abyss" under pressure in the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County.
Starring in Avatar: The Way of Water are Zoe Saldana, Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Cliff Curtis, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Edie Falco, Jemaine Clement, and Kate Winslet.
On December 16, 2022, 20th Century Studios will release the movie in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
