Avatar re-release box office collection: James Cameron's epic sci-fi drama mints 30 million dollars worldwide
'Avatar' re-release box office collection: James Cameron's 'Avatar' continues to be extremely successful at the box office even after its third theatrical release. In the meantime, the box-office collection of Avatar re-release surpassed 30 million dollars internationally.
The movie has minted a worldwide collection of around $2.85 billion at the box office after this weekend's results. 'Avatar' has been able to entertain Indian viewers, as well as, people across the world and in the North American market.
According to the Box Office, the re-release of 'Avatar' earned a stunning $30.5 million over the three-day weekend. It exceeds the box office collections of numerous films that were released this year, including 'Beast' and 'Bullet Train'.

James Cameron's directorial brought in $10 million domestically (in North America). Likewise, the amount collected from abroad increased dramatically. Internationally, the movie brought around $20.5 million.
Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana will portray the roles of Jake Sully and his Na'vi partner Neytiri, respectively, in the film's sequel 'Avatar: The Way of Water'.
